The ExeterPrep difference
Exeter-specific feedback, on your student's own words.
The four questions Exeter parents ask us most, answered plainly.
01
Who is reading my child's essays?
An EduAvenues instructor, not software. Your student gets line-by-line notes on their Exeter essays, and you get notes on the parent statement, usually within 7 business days.
Applicants submit two essays of 200 to 500 words through the Exeter Applicant Portal.
02
Is this actually preparing my child for Exeter?
Lessons follow Exeter's own application: the essays, the parent statement, testing, and the interview. Nothing is a generic boarding-school template.
The application includes a Candidate Profile, standardized testing, student essays, a parent statement, recommendations, transcripts, and an interview.
03
How does this fit into a busy school year?
It is online and self-paced. Your student works in short sessions around classes, sports, and family time, with no fixed class to miss and a real instructor to answer questions.
04
What about the interview?
Every applicant interviews, and a calm conversation takes practice. Your student rehearses with sample questions until talking about themselves feels natural.
Exeter requires an interview for all applicants.
